When will my order be shipped?
After confirming the drawings and color samples, and upon payment of the order deposit, place an order with the factory. Standard products take 60 days to produce; non-standard products require adjustments based on actual conditions. The final payment is due upon completion of production, followed by shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T, bank card, credit card, etc.
How much is the shipping fee?
Calculated based on the actual address.
How long does delivery take?
In the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, shipments arrive within 1–3 days after dispatch, while international shipments typically take 30–45 days to arrive.
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
Contact our engineers or sales team, and we will respond within 48 hours with a solution.
